After CoronaVirus, we now ship everything from our UK base. This means excellent shipping times to UK addresses . . and to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand too, although slower times to Spain and the rest of Continental Europe.
We’d like to assure our customers that we are currently operating as usual, the online shop is open and we are dispatching orders. There are NO RESTRICTIONS on shipping our gifts nationally or internationally.

What does it Cost?
Shipping costs vary from only 1.95 upwards, depending on your location and purchase. PLUS, we sometimes offer FREE SHIPPING on larger orders. All Shipping Options will be visible in your shopping bag/cart when you have added an approximate location or address. Of course, you do not have to proceed and buy – but in any case, you will know the shipping costs to the particular address you have given.
We ship the first working day after you order. We can ship either Normal Post, or Tracked (which, in some countries, requires a signature on delivery – in which case, if you are not at home, it will be taken back to your local Post Office to await your collection).
How long will it take?
We try our hardest to get your order to you as soon as possible – within the limits of reasonable shipping costs. Delivery times vary depending on location. For example: UK: 2 to 5 days (with our main base now in the UK, we can offer a “GUARANTEED 2-Day Max” Shipping Option to UK mainland addresses); Europe (Continental): France, Germany, etc: 2 to 3 weeks; USA + Rest of the world: 1 to 2 weeks.
Shipping to an EU address? EU Taxes / VAT may apply:
The EU may charge VAT on delivery (c. 23% – depending on which Country within the European Union you are sending your order). [This does NOT apply to shipments to non-EU countries like UK, USA, Australia, etc]
As an online shop, WE do not charge VAT, so NO VAT is added to any items in our store – they are all VAT-free. However, some EU countries are charging EU-VAT when orders are delivered. So, if you are sending to an EU address, the local Post Office in that European Union country MAY charge the Recipient EU-VAT (average 23%) on your order when your item is delivered.
Gift-Wrap and Personalisation:
All items are gift-wrapped, and you can write a personal message which we will print on a Gift Card. We can ship direct to you, or to 3rd-parties (ie: direct to friends and loved-ones as a special gift). This is all INCLUDED in the price, and we never include a copy of the bill with the shipped gift.
Our Payment Merchants are PayPal (including Amex), 2CheckOut, and WePay (part of JPMorgan Chase) for Visa and MasterCard. It is NOT necessary to Register / Create an Account with us, NOR to Sign In, to buy anything in our shop.
Returns / Refund policy:
We stand behind our products 100%. If at any time you are not happy with anything, we’ll refund your payment in full – no questions asked. Just Contact Us for a Returns Number, re-package the item as received, and send it back. Unless the original item was faulty, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we receive your returned item, and tell us the details. We will send you an email to notify you about your refund.
